USPS Form 1583

Every private mailbox rented to an individual and business must be done through a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) who must retain on file a United States Postal Service Form 1583 for each individual applicant receiving mail through the USPS.  This page will walk applicants through the paperwork and required identification documents necessary to rent a mailbox in Colorado Springs.
